1. Services

LightPointPro provides on-site and remote technical support services including but not limited to PC repair, device setup, security camera installation, and basic network troubleshooting in Southern Maryland and surrounding areas.

2. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments.

3. Warranties & Limitations

We strive to provide high-quality service. However, we do not guarantee that all issues can be resolved. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

4. Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
